CSCprep is a digital exam-preparation service. Because access may be delivered immediately after purchase, refund requests are reviewed in light of whether course access has been activated or substantially used and whether there is a genuine access or billing problem.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, purchased in error, or cannot access the course, contact info@cscprepcourse.ca promptly with the email address used at checkout. We will review the circumstances and applicable consumer-law requirements.

Refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account whether digital access has been activated or substantially used, the nature of the request, and any rights that apply under applicable consumer law. Contact us promptly so we can review the circumstances.
