These terms govern use of CSCprep and its digital exam-preparation materials.

Independent exam preparation

CSCprep provides independent study and practice materials. Purchasing CSCprep does not enrol you in the official Canadian Securities Course and does not guarantee an exam result, employment, registration, licensing or regulatory approval. CSCprep is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CSI or CIRO.

Personal course access

Paid access is for the purchasing student's personal study use for the access period stated at checkout. Login credentials may not be shared. Republishing, reselling, scraping, copying for redistribution, or distributing CSCprep questions, explanations, videos or other materials is prohibited except where expressly permitted.

Course content and availability

CSCprep may update study content, questions, explanations, presentation or platform features over time. We aim to keep the service available and useful, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Planned maintenance, hosting issues or third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect access.

Official information and candidate responsibility

Exam and regulatory information can change. Candidates remain responsible for confirming current official registration, exam, education, experience and regulatory requirements with the relevant official provider or regulator before making decisions.

Payments, access and refunds

Payment is processed through the checkout method presented on the website. Course access details and the applicable access period are described before purchase. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable consumer-law requirements.

Third-party services and links

CSCprep may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment, hosting or course-delivery providers. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service, applicable requirements or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
